By accessing and using the Realtime Options platform ("Service"), operated by Realtime Option ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Classification

Realtime Option provides browser-based analytics software. The software organises licensed third-party market data into charts and dashboards for independent research and education.

The service is read-only. It does not hold customer funds, place trades, or provide personalised financial advice or recommendations.

3. Service Description

Your subscription provides access to browser-based charts, dashboards, and user-configured notifications. Features may include:

• Near-real-time options flow data analytics and visualization
• Historical market-data charts
• Market activity and context dashboards
• Futures data visualization for ES, NQ, and other contracts
• User-configured notifications about observed data conditions

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

6. Payment Terms and Pricing Transparency

Creem.io handles checkout, taxes, receipts, and payment processing as our Merchant of Record. The Pro subscription is billed at $29 USD per month and renews until cancelled. The no-card trial ends without an automatic charge.

You can cancel from the in-app Subscription page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access normally continues to the end of the paid period. See the Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Realtime Options provides data aggregation, visualization, and pattern recognition software for informational purposes. We are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any financial decisions made based on your use of our software. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for software subscription services.
