Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Realtime Options software subscriptions are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem.io is the reseller of our software and handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and customer billing on our behalf.

When you see a charge from "Creem" or "Creem.io" on your statement, this is for your Realtime Options subscription. For any billing inquiries or disputes, you can contact Creem.io directly or reach out to our support team at [email protected].

2. Response Commitment

Email [email protected] with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can stop renewal from your in-app Subscription page or by emailing support. Cancellation and refund requests are separate. Read the Cancellation Policy for the steps and timing.

We review refund requests for:

Subscriptions

The Services are provided on a subscription basis ("Paid Subscriptions"). Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. We will notify you if the price of a Paid Subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage renewal from the in-app Subscription page or the personal portal link in your Creem receipt.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with 15-minute delayed data. No payment method is required.

The trial ends without an automatic charge. Pro begins only when you choose the paid subscription and complete checkout.

Payment and Taxes

Creem.io calculates applicable taxes and charges the payment method you choose at checkout. The final amount is shown before payment.

You agree to receipt of all invoices and receipts in an electronic format, which includes email. When providing us with your information, you must ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Creem and your bank control when the credit appears.

Termination and Suspension

If you fail, or Realtime Options suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of our Terms of Service, Realtime Options may, without notice to you: (i) terminate your Subscription and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or (ii) preclude your access to the Services. Realtime Options reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice to you.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy and the relationship between you and Realtime Options shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of local law in your country of residence.
